Every single stone, every single detail was brought to life by dedication and perseverance, in order for this elegant palazzo to be restored and enjoyed again in full splendour. It was one of the first projects of this kind at a time in the Bay of Kotor. Venetian architectural elements were preserved during the restoration, and amenities include an outdoor pool, yoga platfforms and yacht mooring. In 2007 it has opened its door to the guests from around the world to explore the coast of the bay as well as Montenegro. Its difficult to define it as a business, it is more a labour of love. Providing the guests with unique atmosphere and authenticity, listed architecture and eclectic interior design, as well as the way of operation.
