Housing First Auckland

We are a collective of five non-government organisations: Housing First providers Auckland City Mission Te Tāpui Atawhai, Lifewise, LinkPeople and Visionwest Waka Whakakitenga with backbone support provided by the Wise Group. By adopting the model of Collective Impact to inform a multi-agency approach, we work to provide permanent housing with ongoing and sustained wraparound support services to whānau across Tāmaki Makaurau. We are committed to a shared vision that everyone should have a place to call 'home'. Working together strengthens our ability to walk alongside whānau to sustain their tenancies and whakapuāwai (flourish).
