Sweet Babydreams is an infant and child sleep coaching service. We work with families internationally in three languages (English, German, Estonian) and offer both educational resources as well as individual coaching. All our resources and services are available online. All hilarious memes aside, sleep deprivation is no joke. Not only does it have a negative effect on health and relationships for you as a parent, but it’s not good for your baby either! Sleep is not a luxury, it’s a necessity that’s just as important as eating nutritious food or getting enough exercise. We create individual and age-appropriate sleep plans for families that reflect their particular situation and parenting style, while continuing to support them in the practical implementation of the sleep changes they wish to make. We also offer educational sleep resources to parents who want to get practical guidance in helping their little one sleep better. Whether you want to help your newborn settle, wean your 5-month-old off the dummy, encourage your 1-year-old sleep through the night or transition your 3-year-old into their own “big-kid” bed, Sweet Babydreams can help!
