The Hong Kong Institute Of Housing
The Hong Kong Institute of Housing ("the Institute") was incorporated in Hong Kong on 29 November 1988 under the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 32 of the Laws of Hong Kong) as a company limited by guarantee. Effective from 9 May 1997, the Institute has become a body corporate under The Hong Kong Institute of Housing Ordinance (Cap. 507, originally 34 of 1997). The Institute is the professional body in Hong Kong for those who are engaged in the co-ordination and execution of housing services incorporating design, provision, improvement, rehabilitation, management and administration of all types of housing. The management of the Institute's business is vested in the General Council which consists of the President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Immediate Past President, plus not less than 10 and not more than 25 corporate members elected at the annual general meeting of the members.

Founded in 1965, the Hong Kong Jewellery and Jade Manufacturers Association (HKJJA) has nearly 350 member companies. It aims to drive the development of the Hong Kong jewellery and jade industry, create business opportunities and protect the interests of the trade and consumers. Approaching the 60th Anniversary, HKJJA has been the forerunner of export promotions for the industry, helped members enter overseas markets and secured Hong Kong a prominent position in the world’s jewellery arena. HKJJA has been extending its scope of services to cater to the ever-changing needs of society and trade, including: actively liaise with governments, local and global trade organisations to explore business opportunities, assist members in participating in local and overseas jewellery exhibitions and delegations to explore emerging markets and organise seminars and sharing sessions to promote knowledge and technology development in the industry. Through its subsidiary Hong Kong Jewellery Magazine Ltd, industry news and design trends are released on our whereas the "Hong Kong Jewellery" Trade Show Supplement is produced to share the latest jewellery trends, exhibition information, interviews and exhibitor profiles with global buyers.
