The road freight transport industry employs over people across more than 4700 businesses, with an annual turnover of $6 billion. The New Zealand Association of Graduate Employers Incorporated (NZAGE) is a national body formed in 2011 by a group of employers dedicated to improving early talent recruitment and development practice. The NZAGE is the industry body educating and supporting organisations that currently or wish to recruit or develop New Zealand's early talent. The NZAGE is supported by a broad range of organisations, including large and small employers across many industries in both the private and public sectors. All our board and committee volunteers have 'day jobs' as early talent leaders at one of the NZAGE's member organisations. The Aged Care Association NZ (ACA) is the peak body for the aged residential care sector in New Zealand. ACA represents over 90 percent of beds in New Zealand’s aged residential care homes across the country. Our members provide rest home, hospital, dementia and psychogeriatric care, short-term respite care, and care for young people with disabilities. We are a powerful advocate, working to ensure this important sector gets the recognition and support it needs to provide excellent care for New Zealand’s older people.
