Genutzt wird das Angebot von der Wirtschaft und öffentlichen Institutionen: Sozial- oder Krankenkassen zählen ebenso zu den Kunden, wie Rechtsanwälte, Gewerkschaften, Inkasso-Dienstleister, Vereine oder Versicherungen.
