Compulsory Insurance Bureau

Compulsory Insurance Bureau was established and exists as a union of legal entities in accordance with the Civil Code of Azerbaijan Republic and subject to the requirements of the Law of Azerbaijan Republic "On Compulsory Insurance" with the purpose of protection of interests of insured persons and third parties who suffer damages and losses, as well as for the purpose of stabilization and development of the compulsory insurance system and fulfillment of duties prescribed by the Law. Foundation meeting of Compulsory Insurance Bureau was called by State Insurance Supervisory Service of Ministry of Finance of Azerbaijan Republic in accordance with clause 3.1.12 of the Decree of the President of Azerbaijan Republic dated September 15, 2011 “On Application of the Law of Republic of Azerbaijan dated June 24, 2011, No. 165-IVQ On Compulsory Insurance”. Insurance companies whose total capital will be in compliance with the legislation requirements after paying participation fee, according to the Article 28.3, and security deposit according to the Article 30.1.1 of the Law of Azerbaijan Republic "On Compulsory Insurance" were invited to participate in the foundation meeting. An insurance company intending to obtain a permission for implementation of and dealing with any type of compulsory insurance provided for by the Law of Azerbaijan Republic "On Compulsory Insurance" shall be a member of Bureau and make a security deposit in an amount specified for relevant type of compulsory insurance. Participants of Compulsory Insurance Bureau are authorized to offer the following compulsory insurance services: • Compulsory real property insurance • Compulsory third party liability insurance of motor vehicles • Compulsory third party liability insurance associated with the use of the real property • Compulsory personal accident insurance of passengers • Compulsory insurance against professional disability resulting from industrial accident and occupational disease

As a result, the company became a member of the Compulsory Insurance Bureau. On December 12, 2012, the company's charter capital was increased to manats. 95% of the shares of "Azerbaijan Industrial Insurance" OJSC, which provides a total of 33 types of insurance services (including 29 voluntary and 4 compulsory), are owned by "Anadolu Investment Company" LLC, and 5% by "Azerbaijan Industry Bank" OJSC. Currently, the company serves its customers extensively through nearly 30 branches and sales centers. On December 26, 2014, the company's authorized capital was increased to manats through retained earnings from previous years, and its official English name was changed to "Azerbaijan Industrial Insurance" OJSC.

Birliyin müstəqil binası, üzərində adı yazılmış möhürü, ştampı, Azərbaycan respublikasının banklarında hesablaşma hesabı və digər rekvizitləri vardır. Birliyin əsas məqsədi: Azərbaycan Respublikasında fəaliyyət göstərən və birliyin üzvləri olan sığorta və təkrarsığorta şirkətlərinin inkişaf etməsinə köməklik göstərmək, onların sosial- iqtisadi, məlumat və digər inkişaf proqramlarını inkişaf etdirmək və bu sahədə elmi bilgiləri artırmaqdan ibarətdir. Azərbaycanın sığorta bazarında fəaliyyət göstərən 28 sığorta şirkətindən 27 -si və 1 təkrarsığorta şirkəti "Azərbaycan Sığortaçılar Assosiasiyası"İB-nin üzvüdür.

Xəzər Sığorta Agentliyi

Xəzər Sığorta Agentliyi müstəsna Sığorta Agentliyidir. Əsas özəlliyi öz müştərilərinin ödənişsiz hüquqi ekspertizasını keçirtməsidir. Əlavə olaraq müştərilərə sadəcə həyat deyil, qeyri həyat sahəsində də xidmət göstərir. Əmlak, mülki məsuliyyət və həyatınızın sığortalanmasını Xəzər Sığorta Agentliyinə həvalə edə bilərsiniz. Azərsığorta - Dövlət Sığorta Şirkəti

Azərsığorta” Dövlət Sığorta Kommersiya Şirkəti 1921-ci ilin oktyabrın ayının 21-də SSRİ Maliyyə Nazirliyinin idarə etdiyi “Qosstrax” tərəfindən tənzimlənən yerli Dövlət Sığorta İdarəsi (“Azqosstrax”) kimi fəaliyyətə başlamışdır. 1991-ci ildə Azərbaycan Respublikası Maliyyə Nazirliyinin tabeliyində fəaliyyət göstərən Dövlət Sığorta (Azqosstrax) bazası əsasında Azərbaycan Respublikası Dövlət Sığorta Kommersiya Şirkəti yaradılmışdır. Hazırda “Azərsığorta” brendi altında fəaliyyətini uğurla davam etdirən Dövlət Sığorta Şirkəti bütün ölkə üzrə geniş filial şəbəkəsinə malikdir. Dinamik inkişaf edən “Azərsığorta” hazırda sığorta qanunvericiliyi ilə nəzərdə tutulmuş bütün növ qeyri-həyat sığortası məhsullarını təklif edir. Şirkət İcbari Sığorta Bürosunun (İSB) və Azərbaycan Sığortaçılar Assosiasiyasının (ASA) üzvü və fəal iştirakçısıdır.
