The second phase will focus on the remaining regions of the Global South. To drive Africa’s Structural change we have: •High-Skill Industry Development: i.Identified the high-skill industries that need to be developed in post-automation Africa. ii. Defined the path of least resistance for developing these industries to ensure inclusive and sustainable growth. •Up-Skilling the Local Labor Force: i.Developed the school model needed to transfer the skills required for the identified high-skill industries to the local labor force. ii. Outlined the path of least resistance for implementing this model to up-skill at least 95% of the local workforce. • Active Progress: i. Actively progressing along these 2 paths.
