Alfalah ul Alamai (AuA) as a profit-based company contracted by Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, in partnership with national international companies including Awfi Bahram and Almoham, is dedicated to establishing a cement factory that produces high-quality cement products in Afghanistan. Through our commitment to bringing a cadre of expert and diverse team, we aim to promote excellence, sustainability, and customer satisfaction so it contributes to the growth and development of Afghanistan's construction industry while ensuring profitability and access to international markets. The Al-Falah Cement Factory is currently being constructed in the Jabal Al-Sarraj district of Parwan province. It is situated amidst vineyards and on mineral-rich hills and mountains. This project is a collaboration between Al-Falah Alami, Awfi Bahram and Almoham Companies. With a historic investment of $220 million, the cement production factory aims to produce high-quality cement in Afghanistan. It will have a daily capacity of five thousand tons, meeting both international standards and domestic market demands. This development is expected to significantly reduce Afghanistan's reliance on cement imports from regional and neighboring countries. In order to address the critical energy needs of production factories in the country, the Al-Falah Cement Factory plans to construct a strategic power plant as well. This power plant is designed to generate 49 megawatts of electricity, eliminating the factory's dependence on imported power from neighboring countries. Apart from constructing the infrastructure for the cement production line, the factory is investing around three million dollars in filters to mitigate vapor-related pollution. Additionally, it has implemented practical and strategic plans to introduce greenery in the vicinity of the factory, aiming to prevent air pollution and environmental damage.

INACAL S.A. pertenece al Holding de Cementos Bío Bío S.A, cuya Matriz fue fundada en 1957 por don Hernán Briones Gorostiaga y don Alfonso Rozas Ossa, con la entrada en operaciones de la Planta Talcahuano, con una producción inicial de 119 mil toneladas anuales de cemento. En 1978 Cementos Bío Bío S.A, compra la Industria Nacional de Cementos S.A, INACESA, situada en Antofagasta, con una capacidad de producción de 140 ton/año de cemento. En 1988 y luego de exitosas pruebas realizadas de fabricación de cal en un horno de Clinker, adaptado para cada ocasión, cuyos resultados y producto obtenido fue muy bien recepcionado en el mercado local minero, se pone en marcha la Planta de Cal de Antofagasta, con una capacidad de ton/año. En 1991, dada la experiencia en Antofagasta, como la creciente demanda de la industria minera en la Tercera Región, se pone en marcha la Planta de Cal de Copiapó, con una capacidad de producción de ton/año. A partir de 2001 se crea INACAL S.A, empresa que comercializa la cal producida por INACESA Planta Antofagasta y Planta Copiapó. En el año 2008, dado el sostenido crecimiento minero e industrial de la Primera y Segunda Regiones, se ponen en marcha la ampliación de la planta de cal de Antofagasta, con la que llega a una capacidad instalada de producción de ton/año de cal. En el año 2012, se pone en marcha la ampliación de la planta de cal de Copiapó, con la que llega a una capacidad instalada de producción de ton/año de cal.
