Wir verstehen uns als Bindeglied zwischen der Pulvermetallurgie und der additiven Fertigung. Dazu entwickeln, produzieren, veredeln und vertreiben wir Metallpulver für die verschiedenen Verfahren des 3D Drucks. Neben einigen häufig zum Einsatz kommenden Materialien, wie rostfreiem Stahl oder Aluminiumlegierungen, kümmern wir uns auch um individuelle Kundenanforderungen – sei es entsprechend einer besonderen Pulverspezifikation oder besonderer Anforderungen an das Eigenschaftsprofil der Materialien. Metallpulver dienen als Ausgangsmaterial für die derzeit am häufigsten zum Einsatz kommenden Verfahren der additiven Fertigung. Um die Aspekte der Qualität, der Verfügbarkeit und der Kosten positiv beeinflussen zu können, kommt der Effizienz eine herausragende Bedeutung zu. In Kombination mit unserem metallurgischem Know-how können wir unseren Kunden vorteilhafte Angebote unterbreiten – sei es bei den „Standardmaterialien“ oder auch zur Entwicklung neuartiger Pulverqualitäten. Der Forschung und Entwicklung räumen wir einen hohen Stellwert ein. Die rasante Entwicklung der additiven Fertigung gibt die Geschwindigkeit vor und macht eine ständige Weiterentwicklung unserer eigenen Prozesse und Produkte erforderlich - ob zur Optimierung der Pulverherstellung, der Abstimmung von Pulvereigenschaften auf die jeweilige Applikationstechnologie oder der Werkstoffentwicklung.
