While Mounib was living in Germany, completing his postgraduate degrees in music, Fouad was in Egypt studying medicine. They quickly found a musical connection and decided to collaborate online, composing their own original music. Eventually, they had the opportunity to meet in person and began performing live concerts. In no time, they conquered prestigious theaters, such as the Opera Houses of Cairo and Alexandria, as well as the Bibliotheca Alexandrina. The audience fell in love with their music, and tickets were frequently sold out. Later, they took their music abroad, performing in countries like Morocco, Austria, and Montenegro. Over the years, the sound of Fouad & Mounib improved and became even richer and more epic. Although they initially started as a violin and piano duo, Mounib rearranged their music to be accompanied by their special orchestra, which they established together. Their music is not about fixed genres; it's about storytelling with passion. It combines Western harmony and orchestration with the influence of Egyptian and Middle Eastern spirits. The orchestra includes Western instruments like strings and winds alongside Oriental instruments like the Oud and Nai. Fouad & Mounib (Big Orchestra / Small Orchestra) Fouad & Mounib perform with 2 different formations to meet the need of different venues and concerts. The 1st formation is a big orchestra with around 40 musicians. The 2nd formation is a small orchestra with the smaller version of their orchestra.
