Alliance Of Technology Commercialization Professionals
Alliance of Technology Commercialization Professionals was created in December 2015 within the World Bank Technology Commercialization Project (TCP, 48840-KZ) to preserve and further use the accumulated experience of this programme. Out of 65 projects supported by TCP 40 were able to reach the market with total sales volume of over KZT 1 billion, 10 deals were signed for technology licensing, highly qualified international experts were attracted to transfer experience to the local team of technology commercialisation specialists. ATCP is a public union of individuals and legal entities created for the development of technology commercialisation system in the Republic of Kazakhstan. ATCP organises professional trainings and workshops in the area of technology commercialization, promotes cooperation between science and business organisations, provides independent complex assessment of technology projects and manages portfolio of technology startups. Board members of ATCP represent university TTOs, venture capital management companies, private companies and development institutions.
