Barnens rätt i samhället (Bris) är en partipolitiskt och religiöst obunden ideell medlemsorganisation som särskilt ska bistå barn och unga i utsatta situationer samt upprätta möjligheter för barn och unga att föra en dialog med vuxna. FN:s konvention om barnets rättigheter utgör grunden för Bris arbete. Genom att ringa 116 mejla, sms:a eller chatta kan barn och unga upp till 18 år helt anonymt kontakta Bris kuratorer och få råd, stöd och information. Utöver stödverksamheten arbetar Bris för barnets rättigheter genom kunskapsspridning och politisk påverkan. Bris verksamhet finansieras via gåvor, medlemsavgifter och företagssponsring. Bris är en strategisk och långsiktig CSR-partner som ligger i framkant gällande hur dagens företag kan ta ett socialt ansvar med utgångspunkt i barnrättsfrågor.

ForumCiv is a Swedish non-governmental member organisation. We work with people and people's rights. ForumCiv believes that only when peoples rights are being recognised, sustainable and long-term development can take place. The organisation was founded in 1995 and is the biggest platform for civil society in Sweden with more than 140 member organisations. ForumCiv is also tasked with channelling Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida) development funds to Swedish civil society organisations (CSOs) who work with international development. In this role, ForumCiv approves, supports and offers capacity training on project proposals and programmes while building networks and acting as an umbrella and platform organisation. Word Of Life
Word of Life is located in Uppsala, which is the fourth largest city in Sweden, some 70 kilometres (45 miles) north of the capital, Stockholm. The church has around 3,200 members and offers a broad variety of activities, services and gatherings for both young and old, a rich music life, educational facilities and different social projects. Word of Life (Livets Ord) has 12 pastors, sharing the responsibility for the church’s everyday life and activities, such as ministry of the Word, prayer groups (also called cell groups), the Bible school, missions, children’s and youth ministry, care for the elderly and sick, as well as outreach projects and social activities. Ulf Ekman is senior pastor, closely assisted by Robert Ekh. The Christian school counts around students, from preschool all the way up to high school, and in addition to a vibrant children and youth ministry within the church, we arrange a large number of weekly activities in three of the city areas with the largest number of immigrants, thus touching the lives of hundreds of children, youth and adults. Word of Life (Livets Ord) is also active in various social projects, such as aid to immigrants, food and clothing to homeless, “grown-ups down-town” activities, and assisting the city authorities during general events of potentially violent and unruly character.

They have people who have been trained to help crime victims. They listen, give advice, and can provide information about your rights. You can get information on the judicial process. If you must be present during a trial, you don’t need to be alone. Our help is free of charge. We won’t tell anyone else what you say to us. Everyone who works for us has given a pledge of confidentiality. We are not a government agency. We have no political or religious affiliation. Uppsala Business & Economics Students Association (Uppsalaekonomerna) is a non-profit student organisation and the student union for business and economics students at Uppsala university. The association has over 2700 members where more than 350 is involved in projects and activities. Uppsalaekonomerna is one of the biggest student associations in Uppsala and one of the biggest for business and economics students in Sweden. The association’s activities is divided in three areas: leisure, future and studies where the ultimate purpose is to monitor and improve the education through evaluation and involvement together with the students and university. In the leisure area, the association works for a meaningful and enjoyable student experience outside of academics through parties, events, games and sports, among other things. Through good connections and close relationships with the business world and market – and activities as lectures, visits, case competitions, job ads and informal meetings the members in Uppsalaekonomerna get a chance for a prosperous future. As a student union for the department of business, department of economics and department of statistics Uppsalaekonomerna works with study monitoring. The association is led by the board who is responsible for the long term and strategic issues. The operative work is led by the presidium who together with the other 40 trustees are responsible for all daily activities and projects.

The International Land And Forest Tenure Facility
The International Land and Forest Tenure Facility (Tenure Facility) is the first and only international, multi-stakeholder financial mechanism exclusively focused on securing land and forest rights for Indigenous Peoples and local communities. It provides grants to implement tenure rights under existing law and policy and shares the knowledge, innovations and tools that emerge. The Tenure Facility is dedicated to scaling up recognition of collective land and forest rights globally. Adoptionscentrum is an experienced non-governmental, non-profit, member-based organisation founded in 1969. We work with intercountry adoption, international development cooperation and member services, such as post adoption service. We are currently collaborating with authorities and NGOs in more than 20 countries. Through our international development cooperation projects we target the most vulnerable children – children without parental care or at risk of being abandoned or taken into custody. The goal is to provide a larger number of children with a safe childhood where their basic rights are respected and fulfilled. European Atherosclerosis Society
For over 60 years the Society’s expertise has been used to teach clinicians how to manage lipid disorders and how to prevent atherosclerosis. Through our publications, EAS creates a framework for discussion of new developments in the field. With live and online educational activities, EAS supports exchange of knowledge between scientists and clinicians. By reaching out to involve young scientists and researchers also from related disciplines we strengthen and expand development of the field now and in the future. The EAS-Familial Hypercholesterolaemia Studies Collaboration (EAS-FHSC) is a global registry established to accurately and reliably investigate the burden of FH, how FH is detected and managed, and the clinical consequences of current practices on delivery of care and outcomes. These activities will ultimately lead to improved healthcare for persons with cardiovascular disease and lipid disorders. The Society uses its resources to encourage and highlight scientific excellence, and to strengthen research in the field of atherosclerosis by providing opportunities to young, up-and-coming scientists and researchers to launch or progress their international careers.

The Student Association at the Stockholm School of Economics (SASSE) is a non-partisan, non-religious organization that has about 1600 members. SASSE was founded in 1909 when the Stockholm School of Economics was situated at Brunkebergstorg. Over a century later the Student Association is located at Sveavägen in the heart of Stockholm and has evolved into a vast and dynamic organization where 95% of the students are active to some extent during their time at SSE. The Student Association's mission for over 100 years has been to promote good camaraderie. The vision of the Student Association can be divided into three parts. The Swedish Childhood Cancer Foundation works to ensure that affected children, teens and their families receive the care and support they need. The Swedish Childhood Cancer Foundation was founded in 1979 by parents of children with cancer, with the aim of creating a more hopeful future for children and teens diagnosed with cancer. In the 1970s, a minority of children diagnosed with cancer survived. Today, almost 40 years later, the Swedish Childhood Cancer Foundation is the largest financier of childhood cancer research in Sweden and today approximately 85 percent of the affected children survive. Hand In Hand Sweden
Look at poverty dierrently and you’ll see grassroots entrepreneurs, full of energy and ideas. We help turn that potential into jobs, and they discover a way up, and out of poverty. Hand in Hand is a public charitable trust operating in India, Kenya, Zimbabwe and Afghanistan. Our mission is to reduce poverty and child labour through sustainable job creation that raises family income. We do so through social and economic empowerment of some of the poorest and most marginalised people and we focus particularly on women. Raising family income contributes to greater food security, better education for children, better housing and increased access to medicines and healthcare. By focusing on strengthening women, their children and the entire family are benefitted and gain a better life. Our work model is based on a help to self-help approach by equipping poor people with the knowledge and skills needed to gain better livelihoods in order to lift themselves out of poverty. We work in four key stages. First we create community groups, mainly women, who support each other, save together and learn together. Then we train them to discover and develop small businesses that make use of their skills and potential. Next we provide access to safe microloans and the support across the group ensures they are paid back. Finally we help scale up members’ businesses and take them to bigger markets, which in turn benefits their families and communities. In India we have also broadened our work to include civic information, education, the environment and health initiatives. Hand in Hand Sweden is a non-profit NGO accredited with account number 90 00 91-0. 90-series accounts are granted to not-for-profit fundraising bodies and comply with strict auditing standards.
