HRC implements the following activities: legal aid to a poor and vulnerable population, in particular to women and People Living with HIV; empowering the vulnerable and marginalized population to ensure their access to justice; monitoring of human rights and particular right to a fair trial on criminal cases; promotion of Istambul Protocol standards on effective investigation and documentation of torture and other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment; protection of the rights of Tajik migrant workers and members of their families.

Tajikistan Erasmus Alumni Association Teaa
Tajikistan Erasmus Alumni Association (TEAA) is aimed at societal development and support in regional and community level. It has more than 60 members, and each year the number of students going to Erasmus mobility from IET TSUC growing, by the end of 2024 it is expected to have 66 members. Currently, TEAA is acting as a non-formal alumni association, but soon it will be the first registered non-governmental organization founded by university activists of the IET TSUC. We are aiming to contribute to UNs SDG achievement in the country, specifficaly in education, accessible international education, environment and climate actions, etc. TEAA as the NGO will motivate, inspire and empower students and youth to engaged in civic activism and community development.

Pmu Livestock And Pasture Development
The State Enterprise “Project Management Unit “Livestock and Pasture Development” was established by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan dated April 30, 2012 No. According to the provisions, the task of the State Enterprise “Project Management Unit “Livestock and Pastures Development” is the implementation of state investment projects that based on the Financial Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and international investment institutions. In the course of the implementation of state investment projects, mutually beneficial cooperation has been established with republican ministries and departments and public authorities of individual cities and regions. Currently, the Institution is responsible for the implementation of the projects “Community-based Agriculture Support Project”, the second phase “Community-based Agriculture Support Project +” and “School Feeding Support Project”. These projects are financed with the support of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the International Fund for Agricultural Development. The main task of the institution is to ensure the targeted and effective use of the allocated grant funds in the prescribed manner, consulting activities, the provision of services within the framework of projects in selected pilot areas, support for beneficiaries, increasing the knowledge and skills of employees and project beneficiaries.
