together for borderless water in Central Asia" The Central Asia Youth for Water is a volunteer network of youth water advocates covering youth in Afghanistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan. By, for and with youth, since 2017 the CAY4W builds the capacity of Central Asian Youth and stimulates youth awareness and dialogue on topics related to water. The CAY4W promotes youth participation in water diplomacy, cooperation and decisionmaking processes and faciliates integenerational dialogue at a national, basin and regional level.
