Equally important is to help vulnerable populations through prevention and promotion of social justice. Hope Unending strives to develop the highest potential of the sexual abuse survivors, as well as make an identifiable difference in diminishing social and sexual wrongdoing in local communities. The Kianh Foundation is a grass-roots UK registered charity transforming the lives of children with special needs and their families in Central Vietnam. The local area is living with the legacy of chemical warfare and typical birth disabilities form such as Downs syndrome, Autism and Cerebral Palsy. The Kianh Foundation delivers specialist education and health services to children with disability at its purpose designed Day Centre for children, in Dien Ban district, 10 minutes from Hoi An City. Dien Ban has over children with special needs who do not have access to essential services. The Day Centre supports 100 children with disability, along with their parents and families. We currently have 100 more Children on our waiting list! Our strategic plan for the next 36 months centres around goals to address capacity building, vocational training for - our graduates - adults with disability and extend outreach programs to the local communes. Alongside meeting our annual funding requirements we offer 4 capital expenditure projects, evolving our product scope and delivery to fully realise our whole-life mission for the local community.

Endangered Primate Rescue Center
The Endangered Primate Rescue Center is a not for profit project dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation, breeding, research and conservation of Vietnams endangered and critically endangered primate species. First established in 1993, through a collaboration between Frankfurt Zoological Society and Cuc Phuong National Park, the center is presently managed under the umbrella of the Vietnam Primate Conservation Program, jointly operated by Zoo Leipzig and Cuc Phuong National Park. More than 180 animals have been born at the center, some being the first of their species to be born in captivity, including the critically endangered Cat Ba langur, Delacours langur and the Grey shanked douc langur. Today the center is home to around 180 primates representing 15 species. The primates are housed in more than 50 large enclosures including two fenced semi wild areas of primary forest, measuring 2 and 5 hectares in size. These enclosures serve to prepare animals for release into the wild and provide opportunities to study the behavior of animals in semi wild conditions. The primary function of the EPRC is to provide rescue and rehabilitation to endangered and critically endangered primates that have been confiscated from illegal wildlife trade. Secondary to this we have established captive populations of highly endangered primate species, with a final aim to reintroduce and release these animals as stable family groups into well-protected natural areas. During this process we work to achieve our goals with compassion, commitment, transparency and co operation. In addition to implementing excellent care for Vietnam's primates, it is one of the missions of the EPRC to gain and disseminate knowledge that inspires our community to contribute to the survival of Vietnam's primate fauna.

Flash Vn - Digital Competency For Community
FLASH là dự án cộng đồng với sứ mệnh nâng cao năng lực sử dụng công nghệ thông tin trong dạy học bắt nguồn từ một sáng kiến tham gia chương trình YSEALI Summit 2021. Từ 2021 đến nay, dự án đã nhận được hai nguồn tài trợ từ Arizona State University (ASU) và Tổng lãnh sự quán Hoa Kỳ tại TP.HCM. Ở giai đoạn đầu của dự án vào 2021, FLASH đã tập huấn trực tiếp cho hơn 200 giáo viên tại Châu Thành, Sóc Trăng và Ô Môn, Cần Thơ và 76 giáo viên tại Đảo Selayar, Indonesia. Ở giai đoạn từ cuối 2022, với nguồn tài trợ từ Tổng lãnh sự quán Hoa Kỳ, dự án sẽ đặt mục tiêu tập trung vào việc hỗ trợ nâng cao năng lực công nghệ thông tin cho giáo viên tại 5 tỉnh Đồng Bằng sông Cửu Long thông qua các buổi tập huấn tại địa phương và thư viện video mở trực tuyến. Nội dung chính là các công cụ tăng cường hợp tác trong học tập và giới thiệu việc ứng dụng một số công cụ AI trong dạy học. Thông qua việc tập huấn tại địa phương chúng tôi trau dồi thêm sự thấu hiểu và điều chỉnh nội dung để tiến tới phù hợp hơn nữa hoàn cảnh thực tế. Tới tháng 3.2023, dự án đã tập huấn thành công cho 280 giáo viên tại 3 huyện thuộc 2 tỉnh Cần Thơ và Kiên Giang. Một số giáo viên đã bắt đầu áp dụng tại địa phương của mình và nhận được sự đón nhận tích cực của học sinh. Thành viên nòng cốt của dự án gồm 8 giáo viên nòng cốt ở địa phương, 1 giảng viên là thạc sĩ, 1 cán bộ quản lý và 1 chuyên viên gây quỹ cùng một số tình nguyện viên. Ngoài ra, chúng tôi cũng xây dựng một mạng lưới các người liên lạc là giáo viên và lãnh đạo tại một số địa phương đã tổ chức tập huấn.

Gender Equality Across Vietnam Industries
The topic of gender equality is relatively new in Vietnam, often limited to women vs men equality, and mainly discussed among the expatriate community, high level professionals, or limited within a few industries only. This issue exists in almost every industry, and gender unbalance partly reflects this. When it relates to a certain professional career, there are many doubts, perceptions, or even bias related to gender, which are sometimes come across unconsciously from many. It results in gender unbalance in certain industries and positions, unfair doubts or mockeries of one’s capability and gender just because they are not among the dominant gender of a specific job, which might consequently lead to unproductive performance or worse, mental health issues. Therefore, this project aims to raise awareness through open discussions among different stakeholders, and provide intensive trainings for the mid-career Vietnamese professionals of the selected industries. Start from themselves first with empathy, and awareness of gender challenges and differences, then conscious behaviors towards colleagues and others for a workplace of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
