E3 Samoa Incorporated is a registered non-profit organization (SOC #857) based in Leufisa, Samoa, founded to uplift Pacific Island communities through wellness, education, and self-reliance. Our mission is to Elevate | Engage | Empower individuals and families to take charge of their health, their habits, and their future. Born from the grassroots success of Zumbata Samoa Fitness, E3 Samoa addresses Samoa’s growing burden of non-communicable diseases (NCDs) like diabetes, hypertension, and obesity. Our programs are culturally grounded, family-friendly, and community-led — with a strong emphasis on prevention, physical movement, nutritional awareness, and economic independence. What We Do Xumbata Samoa Fitness – A powerful fusion of Zumba and Tabata offered every morning at 5:30 AM across multiple locations. These free sessions build consistency, discipline, and community spirit. Health Screenings – We provide regular checks for blood pressure, blood sugar, BMI, and waist circumference at local and outreach events. Plant-Based Meal & Nutrition Program – A 6-week plan that offers one nutritious meal per day (lunch or dinner), coupled with health education and food literacy. Self-Reliance Workshops – Training in budgeting, gardening, local market awareness, and meal planning. Family & Faith-Aligned Wellness Education – Programs that incorporate spiritual resilience and community values. We partner with churches, NGOs, government agencies, and donors who are committed to grassroots health equity in the Pacific. E3 Samoa is led by a team of professionals and volunteers passionate about building strong families, healthy communities, and a hopeful generation.
