Albpetrol It is a joint stock company with 100% of shares owned by the Albanian state. Company headquarters is located in the town of Patos. In 2014, Albpetrol has also opened a representative office in Tirana. The main role of the company is the production and marketing of oil products and monitoring of Petroleum Agreements. Albanian oil history begins in 1918, when the Italian geologist Leo Madalena drilled the first well near Drashovicë (Vlora). The well reached the depth of 200 meters and had positive results, although only small amounts of oil was extracted. The results of the first well attracted the attention of big companies of the time, such as Anglo-Persian "APOC Oil Company" and Americans "Standard Oil". Since this time,in Albania we have more than 5650 oil and gas wells. Actually, there are 12 known sources of oil and 5 natural gas deposits. Only in the area of Patos-Marinez, in an area of 44 thousand hectares, it is the largest oil-bearing zones in continental Europe. Patos-Marinez underground is estimated to have about 5.4 billion barrels of crude oil. Albpetrol Society was created by the Government Decision no. 159, dated 20.03.1993, with 100% state capital, which operates according to norms and rules of the market economy, with the subject: Research and production of hydrocarbons, which includes full cycle of seismic, geological, mechanical, geophysical, research, extraction, processing and marketing of petroleum products

BOLV-OIL j.s.c. was created on the 21th of January 2003 with the sole shareholder Mr. Behar Çukaj, as a result of a successful economic activity that Mr. Behar Çukaj has developed since 1992 with the OLSI l.l.c. company created during that period with activity in different business fields, but the main activity was trading at retail of fuels. After reaching success with Olsi l.l.c. there was the need to create a mother company which would have had a wider field of activity in the hydrocarbons market and would simultaneously include in its activity a part of the activity of “OLSI l.l.c.”. During the period when BOLV-OIL j.s.c. was created, the company OLSI l.l.c. continued its activity in trading at retail of fuels, an activity which it continues even today through its 36 locations in Albania. The main activity of the company BOLV-OIL j.s.c. is import & export and wholesale trading of fuels and combustibles, transport of all kinds of hydrocarbons, etc. BOLV-OIL j.s.c. owns all the needed logistic to perform its activity. A very important sector of the trading activity of the company BOLV-OIL j.s.c. is also the transportation of gross diesel. BOLV-OIL j.s.c. owns 2 warehouses for wholesale trading of fuels located in Patos, Fier and in Mëzez, Tirana. Dipetane is Pre-Combustion Fuel Treatment Solution that when mixed with petrol or diesel makes the volatile and weak links between hydrocarbon atoms stronger without modifying fuel specification & composition. These stronger links help transfer ignited fire from first atoms to all the rest of atoms in the fuel generating a uniform and more complete burn Dipetane is a 100% hydrocarbon liquid. It contains nothing that is not already in the fuel. It is not an additive, detergent or corrosive cleaning chemicals. More miles, More Power, Longer Engine Life, Less Fuel Consumption without side effects is associated with Additives, Detergents or Chemical agents present in the market Additives only respond poorly to the occurrence of unburned carbon "after" it has happened, these are outdated "post" combustion technologies and do not address the fundamental problem as outlined above. Our Research & Development Program: Our R&D showed that a unique solution was required which did not exist anywhere. We spent approximately €2million of our own monies on this R&D and found the solution "Dipetane Fuel Treatment" in 1986.
