تم تأسيس مجلة "لَكُم للرواد الشباب" في بداية العام 2021، حيث تتكون المجلة الشقيقة من مجلة الشرق الأوسط للأعمال - Middle East Business Magazine، وهي مجلة شبابية موجهة إلى أصحاب الأعمال الشباب / رواد الأعمال / الشركات الناشئة / والشباب المهتمين بعالم الأعمال، وكذلك الشباب الموظفين والعاملين في القطاع الخاص وغيره. تهدف المجلة إلى نشر مقالات ومواضيع مختصة بعالم الأعمال التي تهم الجيل الشاب على وجه الخصوص عن طريق نشر موضوعات تساعد الشباب والشابات على إدارة أعمالهم والعمل بوظائفهم بطرق ذكية وعلى سبيل المثال مواضيع تساعد الشباب على توفير ما يتقاضونه من مال، مع تسليط الضوء على رواد الأعمال الشباب الناجحين والحديث عنهم وعن انجازاتهم بمقالات مختصة لتشجيع الشبان والشابات الآخرين والأخريات للاقتداء بهم وتشجيعهم على الاستمرار بالإبداع والابتكار. كما سيصاحب المجلة الرقمية أدوات ومواقع التواصل الاجتماعي لنشر رسالة المجلة ومقالاتها ومحتواها، إن المحتوى التي تقدمه مجلة "لَكُم للرواد الشباب" هو محتوى هادف ومسلي وممتع في الوقت ذاته مشابه لروح الشباب القارئ والمتابع للمجلة الرقمية. LaCom Magazine is a descendant of Middle East Business Magazine, and is aimed at young business owners/entrepreneurs/startups/young people interested in the business world. The magazine aims to educate and connect with the younger generation in the business world, while shedding light on successful young entrepreneurs and educated individuals to thrive in society. The content revolves around interesting news in the Middle East market in general and Palestine in particular, through articles and educational information that help young people to expand their knowledge and gain a new perspective on business.

Pal-Casters
Pal-Casters: Pal-Casters is a non-profit project that aims to empower Palestinian youths, and help them generate audible content that puts Palestine on the international audible map of the world. Our work: Pal-Casters provides guidance in audio production to Palestinian youths through a series of training sessions, and a mentorship program. It mainly covers audio fields, like voice-over, audio-books, podcasting, and art, and casts them to the world. Our vision: To create an empowering Palestinian space where youth capacities are utilized to be productive with microphones. Our goals-To generate Palestinian audible content in various fields in English and Arabic-To amplify Palestinian voices, ideas, and thoughts, and cast them to the world-To use storytelling to have an impact and create change locally and internationally-To create a network for Palestinians to share audio, learn, and improve their work-To support Palestinian artists, and develop their artistic skills to meet high levels like other internationals’-To prepare the next generation of Palestinian ambassadors to spread knowledge and teach the world more about our Palestinian culture-To provide accessibility to youth freelancers in Gaza to professional microphones and setups, and enhance the quality of their online work in the audio-related projects-To provide job opportunities for Palestinian youths to enhance their living conditions through local and global projects.
