Dominique And Company Dance
Dominique and Company Dance was established in 2020 by Dominique Condison, in the midst of a global pandemic. The primary reason at the time was to build community using dance, despite us being ‘Alone’, we could still do it ‘Together’. Dancing was one of the main activities that kept people moving and pulled us together with a simple dance challenge. The Company was also established to provide a space where females would feel comfortable expressing themselves through dance, whether it was virtually or in a physical space. In experiencing the pandemic, she discovered the importance/gravity of how dance positively affected mental health and our everyday functioning. With this, Dominique took pride in creating and curating content for females by females using social media platforms as the outlet. We now have a greater emphasis on the holistic development of dancers in the dance community, persons who love to dance and for new dancers entering the space. We embrace building a stronger dance community by giving dancers access to more dance classes, along with information that helps to improve their health and physical wellbeing. Our dance classes and dance projects focus on teaching young girls and young women dance routines that promote self love, confidence and encourage female empowerment all while enjoying themselves. Our logo is also an extension of this concept. We encourage “FEMpowerment and healing through dance”.

Painite Academy
Hi, Painite Academy was founded on July 10, 2020, amidst the pandemic. The foundation of such an institution was built on determination, perseverance, and stability. We welcome students of all ages to partake in creating lifelong memories. Here at Painite, it is all about ‘us’ as a family. Our programs are geared towards building our students not only psychologically and physically but spiritually leading them towards a holistic adventure. Being a part of the Painite family is more than just an opportunity, it’s a privilege. This is a platform where students don’t have to change who they are but learn to become the best version of themselves. Thus bonds are forged, respect is earned, discipline taught and academics supersede. We pride ourselves in investing in each individual boosting one’s confidence through hard work and dedication in a timely manner; while creating an environment where each student can feel free to express one’s self to the fullest. We believe that everyone has a vital role to play as a team builder. As entities, one’s body is the instrument and the world its canvas, inside lies a powerful brush with endless possibilities from which unending creativity unfolds within the fountain of paint in our minds. ‘If one fails….we all fail’ and ‘if one flourishes……we all flourish’ is a catalyst on which our values and morals are intertwined. We embark on the notion that it is better to smile from the heart than the lips and no emotion should be hidden or suppressed but embraced, channeled, and nurtured to maturity leaving a positive imprint for others to emulate. Above all else, an abundance of love, warmth, and joy halo’s around us as God watches over us.
