Die Netzmedien AG ist ein Schweizer Medienunternehmen für Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologie (ICT) sowie Consumer Electronics (CE). Im Jahr gegründet, beschäftigt die Netzmedien AG heute in Zürich und in Lausanne rund 25 Personen. Alles begann im Dezember mit dem Online-Newsletter «Netzticker». Im April folgte die erste Printausgabe der «Netzwoche», dem wichtigsten Schweizer Fachmagazin für ICT- und Web. Im Jahr 2001 feierten die «Best of Swiss Web»-Awards Premiere, in Zusammenarbeit mit dem damaligen Branchenverband simsa (heute Swico). Seither wurde das Angebot um die Print- und Online-Magazine «ICTjournal», «IT-Markt» und «CEtoday» erweitert. Damit sind auch die Westschweiz, der IT-Channel und der Fachmarkt für Consumer Electronics abgedeckt.
