The cost of a lost generation cannot be summed up in dollars - it is the loss of productivity and a huge social problem for the world, one without borders. The founders believe that education is fundamental to a peaceful and productive society, and a basic human right. The Bareeq Center was born out of the belief that each child deserves to have the opportunity to reach their full potential. We believe that achieving human dignity, happiness, fulfillment and a better future is only possible with proper education of all our children. Bareeq Education & Development, founded in 2015 in Jordan (National Establishment No. 200149852), is a non-profit and human development organization aimed at assisting children and their mothers, providing education, psychological assistance, and vocational training for those affected by conflict. Its mission is to preserve human dignity and reduce poverty and dependence by providing access to education. This stems from the founders’ belief that education is not only a basic human right, but a key factor in raising hope and reducing poverty. Education equips individuals to secure the tools they need to reach their full potential, empowering them to be part of the solution to create a peaceful, prosperous society. All programs to date have been completely free of charge to participants. Bareeq welcomes all nationalities, religions, and ethnicity into its programs, and is completely non-denominational.
