Neular is a leading Estonian producer of top quality decks and fences made of NEULAR- an innovative polymer material. The main sphere of its operations lies in recycling plastic packaging and producing plastic construction materials. At the moment Neular is the only Estonian enterprise that can recycle mixed plastic packaging waste, we do it without using any drinking water. Neular is most innovative weather resistant polymer material, which is mainly produced of the household plastic packaging in the course of a two-stage production process. Neular has been created as an alternative to timber in different situations where humidity tolerance, durability and a long lifetime are required. Neular deck, noise barrier or a fence is an economically advantageous and nature-friendly choice. The material has unique properties, especially high durability and low maintenance need. Compared to wood, Neular brings many advantages. AS DALE LD. is an Estonian company that manufactures plastic products using extrusion and injection moulding methods. We have been practicing injection moulding since 1986. In production, we use our own made-on-order injection molds and those provided by our clients. Today, the company has 47 employees. DALE’s largest customers are Henkel Global, Ensto Ensek, ABB and SealValue Europe from Estonia. DALE is a member of the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Estonian Taxpayers Association, the Estonian Plastics Association, and the Hiiumaa Association of Entrepreneurs. DALE was founded on December 9th, 1991, in the village of Leisu on the island of Hiiumaa, expanding a production unit belonging to Emmaste Agriculture OÜ. The company is privately and locally owned. Today, it has more than m2 of production and warehouse space and 1.8 ha of land. Both production units and the office are in the village of Leisu. To ensure that our company’s operations are goal-oriented, we have chosen to follow quality and environmental management systems that meet ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards.

Orkos™ LDPE regranulate has been applied in various product segments- consumer carrier bags- extra thin (up to 15 μm) plastic bags- film and plastic packaging for waste management- film and plastic packaging for agriculture- film and plastic packaging for building and construction. Product purity management starts from the very first stage when the raw material enters the plant and passes Tecnofer’s washing lines, until our blending machines with a capacity of 12 tons generate highly homogenous regranulate. The regranulate is continuously tested and classified on test film-blow extruder. Before delivery, every shipment passes a quality control.
