The company MURAPLAST, first called “UT plast”, has been in business since 1989. As of 1994, we became an organization with limited responsibility and been working under the name of “MURAPLAST d.o.o.”. Each year since then we had a steady grow of our annual production and we are projecting this trend to continue in the future. MURAPLAST d.o.o. is the leading and most modern producer of Polyethylene blown film in Croatia and Southeastern European region. We operate with an annual production capacity of tons in plastic and tons in paper, 5 production halls and employs over 300 people. Our main product is extruded Polyethylene tubular blow film. Our product has mainly been used for the packaging of beverages, food and can be used in other industrial applications. We also produce industrial bags, pallet covers and sacks. We offer big quantities of shopping bags with different carrying handles (Soft loop Handle bags, Patch Handle Bag, Die Cut Handle Bag) and others products of similar use. From 2013 our production program has been upgraded with multilayer flexible packaging. In 2015 we invested in production of paper packaging and paper bags.

We have been active in production of Glass-reinforced plastic for more than 25 years, manufacturing mostly four groups of items: Fuselage and interior components for passenger vehicles In the nineties, we established ourselves as a regular supplier of fuselage and interior panels for passenger trams and trains for the Končar Electric Vehicles – we have delivered various items for more than 150 locomotives since, built for railway carriers in Croatia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Turkey, Macedonia and other countries. Panels of our make you can also see in 140 low-floor TMK 2210 series street trams and 10 trams of the first TMK 2100 series. We have also furnished interior outfit elements for the new Končar EMV passenger train. Blades for axial industrial fans – diameter from 800mm to Polymer composites industrial fan blades have been our core product for more than 25 years; we have developed an array of 30 various blade types for axial fans and blowers, including special items to match demands for resistance to chemical agents and electricity conductivity. We also produce special models, copying originals or by client’s blueprints/design, if our standard patterns do not suit the purpose. Other items manufactured of polymer composites, repair and/or refitting, on demand. In addition to that, we have also manufactured large quantity of polymer composites items hard to categorize, due to their one-off design and clients’ special demands – what enables us to believe that we can carry out a product of any kind in any combination of composite materials. Out full services when manufacturing a new product include: Construction of a 3D model, using the 3D modelling software, making of a model on the CNC milling machine, model finishing according to client’s demands, manufacturing od polyester, vinyl-ester or epoxy tools (moulds), matching the model, for one-off or serial production.

Naši stupovi su neškodljivi za okoliš i same biljke, te otporni na vremenske nepogode i ne zahtijevaju dodatna ulaganja (bojanje, zamjenu novima zbog truleži, itd.). Kao što na našoj web adresi možete vidjeti, stupce proizvodimo, ovisno o namjeni, u 3 debljine – od 22mm, 35mm i 80mm (nosivi stup za žicu). Duljina stupa nije striktno određena i možemo je prilagoditi zahtjevima i potrebama kupca. Također razmak između žica te broj žica prilagođavamo zahtjevima. Osim navedenog asortimana, tvrtka proizvodi razne druge proizvode od PVC-a za elektroindustriju, građevinarstvo i poljoprivredu.

Drvoplast has been established in 1967 when „Unitas“ company joined Zagreb's company „Jadran“ in Buzet. Due to implementation of our own proprietary conversion of Social company, in 1992 we became a joint stock company with mixed ownership, where all the employees together with the earlier employed ones gained ownership rights in majority share. At the beginning we manufactured sleeping rooms and plastic profiles. Later, while PVC granulates manufacturing was still intended for private profile manufacturing demands, we organized a manufacture of transport cardboard packaging. Ever since 2006, we have been increasing our investment in technologic assortment. This refers especially to PVC granulate manufacturing, which helped us increase and update our manufacturing capacities as well as produce a more diverse offer. We also sell our PVC granulate to other market users. Since 2012 we constantly renewed machine park, and at the beginning 2015, we introduce new production programs in plastic injection molding technology. By extrusion and co-extrusion, Drvoplast manufactures more than 800 different profiles for any purpose: gaskets for the wood, PVC, aluminium doors and windows PVC roller shutters profiles for furniture industry profiles for interior design profiles for boats road side pillars pipes and sleeves profiles for various purposes (profiles for containers, camping houses, car industry, awnings, sanitary equipment, massage showers, ceramics, tennis playgrounds, refrigerators, railcars, price tag holders in shopping centres, etc.) Profiles are mostly made of soft, semi-hard and hard PVC, as well as of other plastic materials such as polyethylene (PE), polystyrene (PS), various thermoplastic elastomers (TPE), thermoplastic rubber (ethylene-propylene-ter-polymer EPDM), polyethylene-vinylacetate (EVAC), polyethylene (PE), polystyrene (PS), and other. According to the own producing facility Drvoplast produces various types of PVC granulate in different hardness grades (hard, semi-hard and soft) and colours. Production of cardboard transport packaging and furniture are additional activities to the core business.
