Royal employs more than 600 non-smoker employees with different expertise within different departments on over than m2 building area and over than a m2 surface area. Royal has achieved three main production methods (Extrusion, Roto-Molding, and Injection). All Royal products are manufactured in accordance with high quality standards. Royal's manufacturing procedures comply with the most rigorous international standards of quality assurance, environmental protection, and employee health & safety. تأسست شركة رملاوي بلاستيك سنة 1986 وتخصصت منذ البداية في مجال الصناعات البلاستيكية. وقد تخصصت في صناعة الأكياس البلاستيكية والبلاستيك الزراعي, وبدأت الشركة عملها بخطي انتاج, أما اليوم فقد وصل عدد خطوط الانتاج الى (7)خطوط إنتاج (3) بلاستيك ونايلون، (4) خراطيم مياه، مما جعلها الشركة الأولى على مستوى شركات قطاع غزة.
