British Overseas Voters Forum
British expatriates embody a unique and valuable asset for the United Kingdom, contributing significantly both economically and socially. Despite being miles away, their impact resonates strongly back home. These global citizens continue to support the UK's financial health through various means. They pay substantial taxes, including income tax on pensions and duties on property and rental income, in addition to VAT, bolstering the nation's treasury. Moreover, their financial contributions extend beyond taxes. Many expatriates send significant sums of money to the UK, often to support elderly relatives. This not only provides direct assistance to their loved ones but also eases the pressure on public services like the NHS and government welfare programs. Retirees living abroad present another avenue of support. By choosing to spend their golden years overseas, they reduce the demand on the UK's healthcare system and other welfare benefits, offering the government financial breathing space. However, despite these substantial contributions, the needs and rights of British citizens abroad have often been overlooked. In certain critical aspects, they face unjust treatment and considerable discrimination. It's time to acknowledge and address these disparities. Recognizing and valuing the contributions of British expatriates is not just a matter of fairness; it's an investment in the nation's well-being and future.

The Future Forward Party was founded by Thanathorn Juangroongruangkit and Piyabutr Saengkanokkul upon the determination to restore democracy in Thailand. Its slogan promises the changes Thailand much deserves - “The Future Forward for Thailand with a brighter future,”. Future Forward’s main policy frameworks are; 1) reconstruction of laws, policies and regulations which hinder Thailand’s development and support monopoly capital, 2) reformation of budgets and resources by providing public welfare and decentralizing power to local authorities, and 3) reinforcement by increasing people’s opportunities to access resources and capital in order to reach their potential for better life. พรรคอนาคตใหม่ คือพรรคการเมืองที่เกิดจากการริเริ่มของ ธนาธร จึงรุ่งเรืองกิจ อดีตรองประธานกรรมการบริหารกลุ่มบริษัทไทยซัมมิท และ ปิยบุตร แสงกนกกุล อดีตนักวิชาการด้านนิติศาสตร์และอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ ร่วมกับกลุ่มบุคคลที่ไม่เห็นด้วยกับการรัฐประหารซึ่งถือเป็นวิถีทางที่ไม่เป็นประชาธิปไตย อนาคตใหม่มุ่งมั่นทำงานการเมืองอย่างสร้างสรรค์โดยชูคำขวัญ “อนาคตใหม่ เพื่อประเทศไทยที่มีอนาคต” และเสนอแนวนโยบาย “3 ป.” คือ 1. ปลดล็อก กฎหมาย นโยบาย ระเบียบต่าง ๆ ที่ขัดขวางการพัฒนาประเทศและเอื้อต่อทุนผูกขาด 2. ปรับโครงสร้าง การจัดสรรงบประมาณและทรัพยากร มุ่งเน้นการกระจายอำนาจสู่ท้องถิ่น และ 3. เปิดโอกาส ให้ประชาชนเข้าถึงทรัพยากรต่าง ๆ และใช้ศักยภาพดังกล่าวพาตัวเองไปสู่อนาคตใหม่ที่ดีขึ้น

Founded on April 18, 2008, with Krit Rattanakamini as the first leader, the Chart Thai Pattana Party emerged to carry on the mission of the former Chart Thai Party. Chumpol Silpa-Archa, a former Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Tourism and Sports, and Minister of Education, gained prominence after winning a majority vote, with Panthep Suleesathira as Secretary-General. Following Chumpol Silpa-Archa's passing in 2013, Theera Wongsamut took over. Theera Wongsamut, a former Director General of the Royal Irrigation Department and Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives led until 2022. Presently, Varawut Silpa-Archa, Minister of Natural Resources and Environment, leads the party, carrying the legacy of his father, Former Prime Minister Banharn Silpa-Archa, a remarkable politician who dedicated himself to improving society thought all of his career. After many years of service, Chart Thai Pattana continues its philosophy and discipline to keep improving the Thai people's quality of life in every aspect as well as proudly representing Thailand on the international stage. Our dedication and commitment to society are unbreakable and we continue our work to serve society.
