PT Ditraco Bangun Sarana Internasional (DBSI) is an LLC that specializes in brass and bronze processing using CNC and forging machines. We produce custom industrial parts for both local and international clients ranging from aeroplane components to highly specialised valves for over 23 years. Additionally, our company extensively uses pyrometallurgical units to produce high purity ingots by extracting brass and bronze from locally-sourced scrap metal. Our units include, but not limited to, electric arc furnaces, CNC lathe machines, CNC mill machines, forging machines, centrifugal casting machines, salt spray machines, sand blasting machines and vacuum pyrolysis furnaces. We also employ the use of various quality control systems such as the spectrometery machine, video measuring system machine, univestal testing machine, hardness tester machine, and surface roughness tester machine. These equipment allows us to manufacture complex orders with exceptional precision. Furthermore, our technical expertise in 3D drawings using AutoCAD is useful in bridging accuracy between the final product and the client's mechanical drawing. Dlimas Logam Jaya didirikan oleh Ir. Edi Purwanto pada tahun 1996. Perusahaan ini telah mengalami perkembangan yang pesat, dari mulai awal mula berdirinya pabrik ini tidak melakukan proses pengecoran hingga pada tahun pabrik ini sudah memiliki tungku kupola untuk melakukan pengecoran. Perkembangan itu terus berlanjut hingga pada tahun 2010 perusahaan mengganti tungku pelebur dari tanur kupola menjadi tanur induksi (induction furnace). Hingga saat ini CV.Dlimas Logam Jaya telah memiliki 3 (induction furnace) dan mesin-mesin manufaktur penunjang produksi yang lengkap. Pabrik ini menggunakan jenis pengecoran sand casting dan menggunakan mesin induction furnace sebagai tungku pelebur dengan kapasitas tungku sebesar 250 kg, 500 kg dan 1,8 ton. CV. Dlimas Logam Jaya membuat beberapa produk jadi (end user) maupun produk setengah jadi dengan material FC (cor baja) & Cassteel (cor besi). Bahan baku yangdigunakan merupakan bahan baku sisa hasil permesinan atau yang termasuk dalam kategori bahan limbah B3. Produk unggulan perusahaan adalah berbagai macam alat timbangan, AT (anak timbangan), polly berbagai ukuran, plat berbagai ukuran, sprocet, roof drain, dan berbagai benda lain menurut pesanan yang diminta. Perusahaan telah memiliki pelanggan tetap yang jumlahnya sudah lebih dari 50 perusahaan yang tersebar di Pulau Jawa dan Sumatera.
