You can learn how to manage and work with it to your advantage and gain the ability to be a persuasive communicator. The only way to do this is to learn and then practise. We support you in doing this; to achieve your goal to speak confidently. Our courses are interactive, in small groups (maximum eight people) and give everybody the opportunity to give talks to the group and receive supportive feedback on their talks. They also use ZOOM breakout rooms for activities and provide you with the opportunity to meet and network with a motivated community. We also offer a hybrid course option. This involves the four week online course and then two in person sessions at a venue near the Auckland CBD. These sessions will provide opportunities to practice in a face-to-face environment on top of the practice in the online course.
