Safeguard information Ensure that information obtained in the course of my duties is kept safe and confidential and is only disclosed as and when it may be permitted or decided upon by my Board, Council, Commission, Trust or Committee or as may be required of me by law. Financial integrity Accept only such remuneration and perquisites in reward for my services as are reasonable and have been duly approved by the Board, Council, Commission, Trust or Committee or as may have been established by legislative process. Transparency Provide such statements of personal and immediate family income and assets as may reasonably be requested in the course of any normal or extraordinary audit of the Company or Organization of which I am a member of the Board, Council, Commission, Trust or Committee. Personal conduct Conduct myself in a manner that will enhance the image of all Companies and Organizations with which I am associated. CareerTrackers PNG was established in 2018 and run as a regional pilot program by CareerTrackers, a First Nations Australian internship program, until 2022 when CareerTrackers PNG was incorporated as a PNG-led, independent non-profit organisation. CareerTrackers PNG is a human capital development program that supports disadvantaged communities in PNG to access world-class professional development opportunities, linking undergraduate students into multi-year paid internships with industry-leading employers to prepare them for success at university, in their chosen profession, and in leadership roles within their communities. The CareerTrackers PNG program engages 3 target groups; students from remote areas, students from families without formal incomes, & female STEM students – all of whom have overcome great adversity to access tertiary education. Once screened & selected for the program, we link them with partnering employers for paid internships & provide year-round leadership training & professional development.

Amica Mea translates to My Love in Latin. As a child, I have always been fascinated by different languages and ancient history. The Latin language was something that I had wanted to learn despite it being considered now a dead language. When I started writing letters about my mental health journey, I would always begin my letters as "My Love" because I would picture my future significant other as the person reading the letters every time I wrote the letters. When I decided to start my blog and share my journey, I wanted to choose a name that was closely associated with the letters since the blog would be about the letters and my journey. Since I would always start my letters with "My Love" and my fascination with the Latin Language, the name Amica Mea was born. I wanted my blog to be an extension of those letters. A place where my readers would be transported into the letters to view them like it was them writing the letters or reading the letters from a loved one. It is a space where anyone can reflect on life, a place to seek motivation and inspiration, a space to know they are not alone.
