Shanghai Investment Consulting Corporation was founded in 1986 with the approval of the Shanghai Municipal Government. SICC is a large integrated consulting company in the Shanghai area, offering the longest list of services and performing important functions, with business areas covering all fields of the national economy and social development. SICC holds a wide range of special qualifications of National Top Grade. The company boasts several memberships such as China Association of Engineering Consultations (CNAEC; Vice President Organization), Shanghai Engineering Consulting Trade Association (SECTA; Vice President Organization) and Fédération Internationale Des Ingénieurs-Conseils (FIDIC).
