CAPSA Group stands for Centre for Policy Analysis and Alternative Solutions. It is a consulting firm established in 2019 by Onorica Banciu and Sorin Hadarca - two economists with vast experience in good governance, evidence-informed policy making, strategic planning and capacity building.
