Raslag Corp
RASLAG Corp. is an emerging renewable energy developer duly registered under SEC Registration No. CS201308147. Its primary purpose is the exploration, development, or utilization of renewable energy (RE) resources, actual operation of RE system and facilities, and/or the generation of electricity from RE resources. Its common stocks were listed on the Main Board of the Philippine Stock Exchange on June 6, 2022, under the ticker name “ASLAG”. The corporate name RASLAG is derived from the Kapampangan word “aslag”, meaning “light”, and “r” standing for “renewables”. It is one of the country’s pioneers in solar energy development, being the first to install a utility-scale solar power plant in Luzon. RASLAG CORP. was incorporated in the Philippines on April 30, 2013, envisioned to serve as the RE arm of Angeles Power, Inc.("API"). It commenced operations with a team of eight and the Company immediately translated its vision into reality by developing two solar power plants: • RASLAG I - 10.046 MWp Solar Power Project (Suclaban, Mexico, Pampanga) • RASLAG II - 13.141 MWp Solar Power Project (Suclaban, Mexico, Pampanga) The third project of RASLAG, the 18.011 MWp RASLAG Solar Power Project successfully started its operations in July 2022 and is situated in a 12.8-hectare property in Brgy. Bical, Mabalacat and Brgy. San Jose, Magalang, Pampanga. Its fourth project, RASLAG IV Solar Power Project, commenced construction in May 2023, and was energized on October 2, 2024. This project is situated in a 25-hectare company-owned property at Brgy. San Pablo, Magalang, Pampanga. RASLAG is also preparing its RASLAG GERONA (50 MWp) and RASLAG LIWAYWAY (140 MWp) Solar Projects to be shovel ready by 2026. These projects are aligned with RASLAG’s vision of expanding its renewable energy capacity to by 2035.
