Rinda Ubuzima
Rinda Ubuzima is the continuation of the former Projet Ubuzima; an International Non-Governmental Organization, specialized in conducting clinical trials. Founded in 2001 by Prof. Jope Lange, University of Amsterdam, it became very active in 2004 with the arrival of Prof. Janneke Van de Wijgert, PhD,MD,Msc and Colleagues who were members of Management Team of the International Antiviral Therapy Evaluation Center (IATEC). With extensive experience in the field of clinical research marked by intensive capacity building and acquisition of clinic and laboratory equipment, the Management Team of Projet Ubuzima has decided to change the status of Projet Ubuzima, from an International Non-Governmental Organization to a Local NGO named Rinda Ubuzima. Rinda Ubuzima is operating a research clinic and laboratory in Kigali and has successfully implemented various studies, focusing on HIV, Reproductive Health, COVID-19, and Malaria. In addition to the clinical researches activities, Rinda Ubuzima has extended its area of expertise by conducting and implementing community engagement and outreach activities. Rinda Ubuzima aspires to be a leading health research organization dedicated to advancing knowledge in health promotion, disease prevention and treatment in Rwanda and the region. The mission of Rinda Ubuzima is to execute all activities aiming to promote health in Rwanda. To achieve this mission Rinda Ubuzima has fixed the following objectives: 1. To Bring together researchers from all over the world to develop medical research in Rwanda. To Conduct/implement the clinic research and other studies to move medicine forward, through medical and global health research. To Contribute to capacity building in clinical research. To Conduct health promotion activities through community engagement and outreach. To collaborate with Rwanda Ministry of Health and other stakeholders in implementing programs that tackle public health issues.

The Center of Excellence in Biodiversity and Natural Resources Management (CoEB) is a knowledge management research center located at the University of Rwanda (UR). It operates as a consortium of governmental and non-governmental environment-related research and higher learning institutions in Rwanda called nodes, coordinated by the central hub office at UR in the College of Science and Technology.

High Lands Centre Of Leadership For Development L4d
High Lands Centre of Leadership for Development (L4D) Limited is a Policy Research and Mentorship Centre, established in October 2012 and registered under Law No. 07/2009 of 27 April 2009 (Article 16) relating to the registration of companies in Rwanda. The Centre was established to provide evidence that strengthens the design and implementation of policies through policy and applied research, contributing to Rwanda's socio-economic transformation. The Centre has wide knowledge and expertise that align with the national development priority areas. L4D has a deep understanding of the country's social, economic, and policy contexts and its integration into the regional and global spheres of development. L4D uses an interdisciplinary, inclusive, and multi-sectoral approach to meet policy and research needs of our partners while maintaining its objectivity, trust, and integrity.
