Bu süreçte fark ettik ki Çin’de alışkın olduğumuz tatlara uygun yemek bulmak çok zor. Ziyaretlerimiz sıklaşınca da yaptığımız girişimler ve çalışmalar sonucunda Guangzhou’da bir Türk Restoranı açmaya karar verdik. Türk dostlarımıza ve ziyaretçilere uygun yemek sunmayı amaçlayarak 300 m2’lik bir mekân ile Sultan Restaurant’ı hayata geçirdik. 2007 yılına geldiğimizde biz artık sadece Türk ziyaretçilere yemek veren bir mekân olmaktan sıyrılıp Çinlilere ve Çin’e gelen tüm ziyaretçilere eşsiz lezzetler sunan bir marka olmuştuk. Guangzhou’daki ilk restoranımızı ihtiyaçlar doğrultusunda büyüttük. Çalışan sayımız 3 katına çıktı. Diğer bölgelerdeki insanlara da ulaşmak adına 2009 yılında ikinci restoranımızı Yiwu’da açtık. 1500 m2, 4 katlı yeni binamızda Türk lezzetinin yanı sıra Türk kültürünü de tanıtan, Türk halkını Çinli dostlarımızla tanıştıran ve sevdiren bir marka olduk. Artık hayallerimiz de değişmişti. Biz sadece yemek vermiyorduk. Gönüllü kültür elçileri olmuştuk. Sadece Türklere ve İslam coğrafyasından Çin’e gelen dostlarımıza yemek vermiyorduk.
