M Art
M art is active in the cultural field since 1996. It was founded by Andreas and Eugenia I. Manolioudakis, two siblings that always thought of art as a great communication mean and a vessel for exchanging ideas. Growing up in Athens and having studied in London and New York, they managed to combine tradition with innovation. They were the first to introduce the idea of using artworks as corporate gifts. Also curating collections in museum shops and enhancing them with works from upcoming creators. At the same time M art was among the first to recognize the value of art in education organizing art and technology workshops for young children and adolescents. Art was also used as a tool for charity through “Bazart”, an annual artistic, group exhibition, which soon was established as a major cultural event in Athens. Throughout the years M art has recognized and nurtured new ideas and trends in art but also industrial design, and every aspect of artistic expression. Bearing in mind that art, finds it’s true meaning when incorporated in every day life, becoming a part of human existence in an organic and profound way.
