Books For A Better World Sdn Bhd
Books For A Better World (BFBW) is a social enterprise dedicated to promoting literacy, sustainability, and community impact through books. We give preloved books a second life by curating them into our self-service bookshops across Malaysia, where readers can discover amazing titles at unbelievably affordable prices. Every purchase directly supports our mission of making books accessible to all while reducing waste. Beyond our bookshops, we: • Operate donation programs – making it easy for individuals and corporates to contribute books for a good cause. • Set up Pages-With-Purpose corners – reading spaces in malls, schools, and public areas to encourage a culture of reading. • 🤝 Work with CSR partners – enabling companies to channel their resources into literacy and education initiatives. • Support communities in need – from schools and refugee learning centres to Orang Asli villages, ensuring books reach those who need them most. With more than a dozen outlets (and growing!), BFBW is more than just a bookshop — it’s a movement to make reading accessible, sustainable, and impactful. Great Books. Greater Purpose.
