The company Compas has been the main supplier of large industrial works for a long time, but our know-how has always been based on the perfect knowledge of automation of manufacturing processes. In order to satisfy the needs of our customers for complete industrial works, we opened our own department of mechanical construction at the beginning of the year 2018 and this year a new company Compas robotika has been founded. The new company is a part of Compas family and offers its own construction and production capacities. We focus on manufacturing and delivery of robotic workstations or single-purpose “turnkey” machines. At the moment, we can offer a complete package of services ranging from conceptual study and simulation of robotic workstations to detailed development of construction solutions and launch and installation of new machinery including technical support. We use the power of robots in manufacturing processes and therefore we aim to design such projects where human labour could be replaced by robots and where the common mechanization is no longer possible. Our target is to reduce human labour costs or to eliminate manual activities, which affect health and safety of employees. Our clients are mainly from automotive, pharmaceutical and food industry. We cooperate with leading robot manufacturers, whose products are implemented in the production processes of our customers. The use of simulation tools for feasibility studies of robotic workstations is also common since our target is to offer the best solution to our customers whenever they request a modification in their manufacturing process. When proposing our solutions, we use the newest technologies available on the market and in many cases we are among the first in the Czech Republic who applies them. We have been cooperating with trusted suppliers of special technologies for a long time, which ensures reliability of the whole delivery.
