The current owner, Giovanni (John) Musso has owned and operated the business since 2007. John's vision for Fassifern Coaches has seen the introduction of a modernised fleet and has ensured implementation of efficient and personalised services. Fassifern Coaches is a fully accredited operator with Queensland Transport. There are over 55 drivers currently employed at Fassifern Coaches. All drivers are very experienced professionals. The company prides itself on giving back to the community by employing local residents when possible. All drivers have, at minimum, a Transport & Main Roads Department issued, Medium Ridged Vehicle Licence and a Queensland Drivers Authority (significantly more comprehensive than a Blue Card). All drivers undertake an annual driver training program to ensure that their driving capacity is maintained to the highest standard. Fassifern Coaches has a wide range of vehicles in its fleet, ranging from an 8 seater through to 70 seater buses. The fleet features the latest technology in engineering, safety & comfort, along with other attributes including seatbelts, air conditioning, audio visual entertainment, overhead luggage racks & large underfloor storage areas. We also cater for those with special needs & as such the Fassifern fleet includes disabled vehicles that have state of the art hydraulic wheelchair lifters. Fassifern Coaches has comprehensive partnerships with all schools in the Scenic Rim - State and Private, as well as multiple, long term private school contracts in & around Ipswich.
