Canterbury University Snow Sports Club (CUSSC) is more than just a snow sports club, it’s a community built around people. We bring together students from all walks of life through a shared passion for the mountains, creating a welcoming space for everyone at UC, from first-timers to seasoned shredders. Our heart is Temple Basin, where we proudly own and maintain our very own alpine lodge. We're committed to preserving this legacy for future generations, financially supported by our fundraising efforts this includes running the largest snow gear sale in the Southern Hemisphere, held annually on the first weekend of May. Back in Christchurch, we keep the stoke high with regular social events like BBQs and free ski and board waxing nights. And of course, we host epic themed weekends up at the lodge during the winter season, a perfect mix of adventure, community, and good times.
