ACL provides wholesale, open-access international and domestic connectivity, transforming data provision to the Cooks Islands with the 10Tbps 3500km Manatua Cable into Rarotonga and Aitutaki. ACL is the second largest shareholder in the Manatua - One Polynesia cable consortium. Manatua connects Tahiti and Bora Bora in French Polynesia, with Samoa via Cook Islands and Niue. ACL is state owned enterprise of the Cooks Islands Government and funded by the New Zealand Aid Programme and the Asian Development Bank.
