Nippon Airport Radio Services Co, Ltd. was established in August, 1977, ahead of the opening of New Tokyo International Airport (Narita International Airport), as an operation and maintenance company of radio communications systems which were used for the aircraft operations of Narita Airport’s airlines. In October, we changed our business model to be a radio communications service provider. To provide our services, we began to own, operate and maintain the systems by ourselves. Now we are providing mainly two radio voice communications services. One is the Airport Radio Voice Communication ServiceAirport MCA Service),"Terrestrial Trunked Radio Service", which enables voice communications among personnel at the airport terminals, at the airport ramps, at the operations offices, and so on. And the other is the Air to Ground (A/G) Voice Communications Service which enables voice communications between the airline operations center personnel and the flight crew in the cockpit. Our radio communications services enable the users engaged in the services of airports and aircraft to work safely and efficiently, and our services are essential for the users. Our mission is to secure the high quality service usage of the users 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. In order to keep our user’s trust of in our services to be available at any time, we will always check and maintain the systems, and we will reinforce our systems quickly by constant monitoring of communication traffic. We will expand the radio facilities according to the extension and modification of the airport facilities, and we will do our best so that the users will be able to use our services anytime anywhere. In addition, in order to make our services more useful, we will introduce new digitized technologies, and will provide new services.
