Catalyzer Think Tank
The Era of Monetary Capital is Over. The Era of the Systemic Architect Has Begun. For 100 years, the Sogo Shosha dominated by centralizing finance. Today, capital is abundant, while Creative Capital (The Spark) and Relationship Capital (The Trust) are the new constraints. Catalyzer.us is the Systemic Architect Leadership Platform. We invite the stewards of Mitsubishi, Mitsui, Itochu, and Sumitomo to handpick their high-potential leaders for a residency in our "Living Lab." Here, they master the Ipvive Engine—the operating system for Human + Machine Superagency. Core Philosophy: Verified Objectivity & Personalized Growth We reject "Black Box" AI. We deliver Verified Objectivity—a "True Mapping" of reality using causal logic. Simultaneously, we honor the human spirit through Personalized Autocorrection: the machine provides stability nudges, freeing the leader to focus on Skill Acquisition and Character Development according to their own free will. The Curriculum of Deterministic Power:** VISION (Lenzu.ai): The Radar for Creative Triggers. Leaders use Hyperbolic Lensing to filter global noise and pinpoint "Deviant Novelty" before it becomes a trend.** STRATEGY (myASHISUTO.ai): The Radar for Competitive Triggers. Mapping the "Geometric Knots" of industry pain points to identify exactly who is starving for innovation.** GOVERNANCE (WiSERR.world): The Engine of Verified Truth. Using Discrete Ricci Flow to mathematically verify that deals comply with UNECE R155 and physics, creating "Blue Ocean" certainty.** MATTER (Project 1+4+4): Physical Superagency. The final exam in the "Green Hell." Orchestrating the 1+4+4 Articulated Organism (Yamaha 350kW Axial Flux Motors + Intel OpenVINO) to prove that power is the symbiosis of Human Intent and Machine Capability. The Institute For Future Engineering
The Institute for Future Engineering (IFENG) has been serving public and private organizations in Japan and abroad for nearly forty years as a research center focusing on the fields of science, technology and innovation. While the notion of creating an independent think tank catering to the scientific and technical needs of government and industry was unheard of at the time, IFENG’s establishment reflected a strong consensus among Japanese government and business leaders in the late 1960s, and gained the approval of the Prime Minister of Japan. Today, IFENG researchers use a multi-disciplinary approach to discern and analyze emerging socio-economic conditions, complemented by current and timely investigations of government policy and managerial trends in fields including high-tech development and social innovations. IFENG is then able to provide expert policy inputs and opinion, and serves public policy makers, corporate strategic planners, and general citizens alike. IFENG maintains an unwavering commitment to: • Knowledge and value creation for public and private sector clients • A global, interdisciplinary perspective based on facts, not arbitrary geopolitical, territorial, or organizational boundaries In English, IFENG was originally known as IFTECH, or the Institute for Future Technology, when it was established as a non-profit think tank in 1971. However, it was decided to harmonize its English moniker to the original Japanese naming in 2011. IFENG later achieved a special legal status as a Public Interest Corporation, which was made possible due to a change in the legal system in 2013. In the science & technology sector, IFENG was ranked seventh (2010), eighth (2012, 2013), sixth (2014) and 5th (2015) among the world’s think tanks in the 'Global Go To Think Tank Index'(GGTTI) published by the University of Pennsylvania. http://repository.upenn.edu/think_tanks/

Japan Research Institute 一財)日本総合研究所
The Japan Research Institute(JRI) was established as a non-profit organization on August 31, 1970. JRI was established in order to pursue and solve the complex problems that inevitably confront the public and private sectors in the present highly sophisticated era as well as to formulate new ideas and theories. JRI’s establishment was motivated by individual initiative, and therefore, JRI’s first working principle is complete neutrality and creativity without the influence of established enterprises, capital groups, and organizations such as political parties and labor unions. Since its foundation, JRI has been actively involved in research projects commissioned by public and private organizations. With the accumulation of successful performance records, JRI has been widely recognized as one of Japan’s representative think tanks. JRI’s second working principle is to expand scope of its human resources for innovative and flexible organizational structure while avoiding complexity. Toward this end, the full-time staff at JRI are carefully selected and trained for comprehensive, wide-range of organizational tasks. Top specialists are frequently enlisted to join JRI staff members on special project terms, and these specialists maintain lasting research and personal relationships with JRI staff members. The third working principle of JRI is to keep abreast of international trends and to incorporate an international perspective into all its activities. Shortly after JRI’s establishment, foreign staff members were employed to initiate contact and information exchange with overseas organizations as well as to actively accept international projects. JRI is continuously striving to upgrade the quality of research activities by adhering to the aforementioned working principles.
