The European Institute of Road Assessment (EIRA) is a not-for-profit entity established under Slovenian law as a zavod by board members of the European Road Assessment Programme (EuroRAP), an international not-for-profit membership organisation registered in Belgium in 2002. EIRA’s purpose is to promote assessment of the inbuilt safety attributes of roads in south-east Europe and the Balkans using EuroRAP protocols, which promote safer road infrastructure and are embedded in national road safety strategies across Europe. EuroRAP staff have supported national road assessment projects and several large transnational projects with the European Commission including the European Road Safety Atlas and the 14-country €1.4m SENSoR programme covering of roads in south-east Europe. EIRA draws on the support, skills and knowledge of EuroRAP’s 56 public authority and not-for-profit members. EIRA partners with the European Road Assessment Programme (EuroRAP) to reduce road deaths and injuries across Europe.

Our new business- storage facility in Šempeter pri Gorici offers to our customers the possibility of storage of goods and transhipment of cargo with forklifts with load capacity up to 5 tons. We also offer the possibility to store customs goods.

Rog Bikes

With their 65-year long tradition, Rog bicycles represent the symbol of the Slovenian bicycle industry. The first bicycles were manufactured in Ljubljana soon after the end of the World War 2. The golden age of the Rog Factory was in the 1970s and 1980s, when they successfully expanded their offer and production. However, at the end of the 1990s, the company was in crisis and stopped the production, but the popularity of Rog bicycles still remains today. In 2017, Rog bicycles are returning to the road with one of their most legendary products - the folding bike Pony. The refurbished Pony is a modern city bike, featuring a mix of traditional elements and modern design, thus embodying a long tradition and a revival of the Rog trademark.
