Banedanmark
I Banedanmark skaber vi forudsætningen for, at hundredtusindvis af danskere hver dag kan tage toget, og transport af mange tusind tons gods. Lige nu bygger vi en helt ny attraktiv, grøn jernbane, mens vi holder den gamle kørende. Vi sætter strøm til banen, så der kan køre klimavenlige tog. Vi indsætter nye, digitale signalsystemer og bygger en højhastighedsbane til Europa. Og vi styrer togtrafikken og informerer om den på stationernes skærme og højtalere på fjernbanen. Banedanmark er en styrelse under Transportministeriet med mere end 2.500 medarbejdere. Aarbus
AarBus er ejet af det regionale trafikselskab Midttrafik og varetager al bybuskørsel i Aarhus Kommune - i alt ca. køreplantimer om året. Vi har 650 ansatte, 204 busser heraf 118 elbusser og en omsætning på ca. 480 mio. kroner. Siden 2012 har AarBus været miljøcertificeret efter ISO 14001 standarden. Et af de centrale elementer i certificeringen er styring af virksomhedens miljøpåvirkning. Vores helt store miljøpåvirkning kommer fra busserne, og derfor har vi har fokus på hvilke busser, der købes, og på den daglige drift af busserne. Vi har altid indkøbt busser med den bedste euronorm tilgængelig på markedet. I august 2019 satte vi de første 4 eldrevne busser i drift, og senest i 2027 vil alle vores kontraktbusser være elbusser. AarBus satser på kvalitet i et konkurrencepræget marked og vægter åbenhed, trivsel og effektivitet højt i forhold til både passagerer og medarbejdere. Generelt er det AarBus’ personalepolitik, at medarbejderne skal sikres vilkår, så de er engagerede og ansvarlige i bestræbelserne på at levere den bedst mulige kollektive bustrafik i Aarhus ”til pengene”. Vi arbejder systematisk med arbejdsmiljø og trivsel, og siden 2021 har vi været arbejdsmiljøcertificeret efter standarden i ISO 45001.
