Strategically, it seeks to leverage its UWI partnerships towards developing and investing in promising business entities and start-ups that can positively impact local and regional socio-economic development. In keeping with its strategic mandate, the UWI Ventures has developed a 24/7, 365 digital access platform that will facilitate coaching and mentorship services as well as engagement with industry experts and private sector entities seeking investment and research opportunity with the UWI. This platform will be launched in September 2020.
