Dive Foundation International
Diversified Integrated Vocational Educational Foundation is a nonprofit organization that provides a safe and stimulating environment for disadvantaged youths to gain access to rehabilitation and vocational training to prepare them for reintegration into society as contributing members. We seek to address the drug addiction problem that has plagued disadvantaged youths by providing accommodation and creating an environment for the underprivileged to obtain vocational education in different fields and social skills training. In addition, we provide social and psychological support to clients and their families, job placement, and access to leisure activities. Our communities are failing; those dealing and producing illicit drugs don’t mean well for our current and future generations. We should muster the courage to stand with our families and friends to ensure their lives are not lost due to illicit drug abuse and addictions. MLK said, “our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter.” It matters to us that our families and friends are dropping out of school, living homelessly, having no food to eat, no shelter, no skills, and worse of all, dying of illicit drug abuse every second, minute, hour, day and in each year that passes by. At the Diversified Integrated Vocational Educational Foundation, our dream and vision for the global society are for everyone to have the opportunity to live a better life, acquire better skills, and receive counseling from our well-trained behavioral health technicians and other clinical staff. Our Mission: We assure the public of safety by operating a safe rehabilitation facility through professional staff development and effective management. Our Vision: We ensure the public's safety by rehabilitating disadvantaged youths. Core Values: Diversity - Integration - Teamwork

Redemption Road Fitness Foundation
We reach out to currently incarcerated men and women housed in the Colorado Department of Corrections (CDOC) who desire a better life through physical fitness and community. In utilizing, and tapping into, one of the most influential and foundational prison routines and cultures, “working out”, we will draw an individual into the CrossFit and Redemption Road Fitness community. We don’t mandate, coerce, or initially state that individuals should or even could change themselves for the better. We simply allow that person to become comfortable around new people, doing new things, and for healthy physical reasons. During that introduction period we break down the walls of common prison subculture such as race, criminal offenses, and affiliations. We instill trust, companionship, and empathy that comes from the RF2 community volunteers and their fellow RF2 offender base. From that point we slowly incorporate areas that aid that person in, willingly, wanting to change their life for the better - what we at RF2 refer to as “being sick and tired, of being sick and tired.” Using education in the realm of fitness we parallel physical fitness to that of mental fitness. Mentorship, stewardship, accountability, developmental empathy, goal directed living, and tangible results from the physical and the cognitive behavioral components is the totality of the impact RF2 makes. In changing one person, one mind, and one paradigm, we empower that individual to do the same for others. We change the prison culture and subsequently the recidivism rate. Redemption Road participants are better citizens and contribute to a safer society.
