Viticulture - is an art, in which Georgian people have been training for many centuries. All the year round Georgians are taking care of vine as if it were their daughter, putting their heart and soul in it, till the autumn season of "Rtveli" when the juicy and flavorful grapes are collected. Cradle of Georgian wine culture is Kakheti region. There, along the river of Alazani is stretched the Alazany valley, the place where such varieties Georgian grapes as Kindzmarauli, Akhasheni, Tsinandali and Mukuzani are being grown. The climate of the Alazany valley is ideal for growing grapes. And it is here, in Kakheti, in the villages of Sabue and Eniseli where the plants of "Marniskari" company are situated. Тhe creators of "Marniskari" worthily continue the work of their ancestors since 2011, getting foreigners and local consumers acquainted with traditional Georgian wines. Nowadays at the "Marniskari" plant are produced dry, semi-dry and semi-sweet red and white wines from of such grape varieties as: Saperavi, Rkatsiteli, Mtsvane and Ojaleshi. Our company is pouring as table wines so the wines controlled according to the place of their origin, grown in the strictly defined zones of Georgia, such as Mukuzani, Kindzmarauli, Khvanchkara, Tsinandali, Ojaleshi and Akhasheni."Marniskari" owns vineyards in different parts of Georgia, cultivating exclusively Georgian grapes and carefully preserving the tradition of Georgian winemaking. In Kakheti 40 hectares of our land are allocated for cultivation of Saperavi and 35 hectares for Rkatsiteli. The production resource of "Marniskari" factory allows to process up to 2,500 tons of grapes. And a new modern Italian production line can fill up to bottles per hour. New technologies make it possible to increase the efficiency of labor and familiarize higher number of consumers around the globe with the traditional Georgian wine and cognac products.

our ethos: at the garden winery based in eastern tbilisi we’re inspired by the fresh, vibrant & expressive wines made in france, germany, austria and england – we create fusion wines that bring together georgian endemic varieties and a european palate to create new wines that bridge the gap between traditional georgian and european wines. grapes are sourced from family growers managing small lots in kartli and kakheti – natural living wines only. We source grapes from clean and natural family owned lots where the only anti-fungals used are sulphur at the start of the season and copper where necessary during the season – we prefer vineyards that have good drainage, less precipitation and a healthy flow of wind so that nature keeps the grapes as healthy as can be. For 2022 we’ve worked with 3 varieties – Chinuri from Okami, Kartli, Rkatsiteli from Bolnisi, Kartli and Ojaleshi from Leliani, Kakheti. All naturally farmed and delicately handled when making wine.

The company a manufacturer of wine and other alcoholic beverages, was founded in 2018 by the Sanikidze family. The goal of the company is to populate Georgian wine and other alcoholic beverages and introduce them to as many people as possible. The company makes different types of wines from Georgian aboriginal vine varieties, as well as vodka and other alcoholic beverages. The Sanikidze family uses the traditional Georgian methods in the wine production process, which involves minimal intervention in the liquid. In particular, no chemicals are added to the drinks produced by the company "Sanikidze" and the whole process is carried out using natural methods. The company has its own cellar, which is located in Samtredia, Georgia, in the Imereti region. The cellar is equipped with all modern equipment necessary for the production of wine and other alcoholic beverages. The cellar also houses pitchers that have been used to make and store wine since ancient times. The company is currently headed by the fourth generation of young winemakers raised in the Sanikidze family, who continue the family tradition and lead the family business.

Giuaani wine cellar is built in the core of the historic village of Manavi, the place of native wine production where our ancestors produced wine for centuries. The Giuaani is built with the use of modern technological advances, taking into account the old traditions. Giuaani wine history began in 1894; as for the company Giuaani – it was founded in 2010. One of the main ideas of the company was to raise Georgia, the country with ancient traditions and culture of wine to another stage of production. The goal was successfully achieved – the company managed to combine the old, traditional methods and modern technological advances in its final product. The Giuaani cellar was equipped with the traditional pitchers, oak barrels and ultra-modern equipment. Giuaani selects different varieties of grape grown up in Manavi, and then proceeds with wine making with both traditional and modern methods. The Giuaani’s varied assortment of wines is distinguished for its high quality, which satisfies a consumer of any taste. The name comes from its historical century owner – Solomon Lionidze (1754 -1811), a great diplomat and Chancellor of King Erekle’s II court. The grapes born and matured on these grounds are the most particular throughout the whole Tsinandali micro-zone as they are especially regarded for their outstanding quality and the harmonious bouquet they develop. The Gevelli Wine and Vineyards winery is fitted with the most modern, highest quality, winemaking and ageing equipment. Kvareli Wine Cave Ყვარლის Ღვინის Გვირაბი

Kvareli Wine Cave is a unique wine-tourism destination in Georgia’s Kakheti region, operated by Winery Khareba. The 7.7-km underground tunnel network, carved into the Caucasus Mountains, was built in 1962 to store the Soviet Union’s finest wines, with a capacity of 20 million liters. In 2006, Khareba Winery began transforming the site, and today it serves both as a wine-aging cellar and a wine-tourism venue, offering wine tastings, culinary and cultural masterclasses, traditional Georgian food, and scenic restaurant views over the Alazani Valley. Visitors can explore winemaking history, participate in harvest activities, and enjoy authentic Georgian traditions.
