At Markus winery, our commitment is to create wines that reflect the essence of Dalmatia. Our story begins where others saw only harsh, barren land. We saw an opportunity - an opportunity to create something unique, authentic, and fully organic. This vision gave birth to Croatia’s first fully organic wine region and with it, our family dream - Rizman Winery. As the fifth generation of winemakers, we proudly cultivate 23 hectares of vineyards in Komarna, a region shaped by virgin soil, Mediterranean sun, the salty sea breeze, and the powerful Bura winds. Our wines are crafted from indigenous Dalmatian grape varieties, using a strictly organic approach that preserves the purity and character of the land. But Rizman is more than just wine.
