With all my years 8+ years of facilitating adult learning, coaching and developing agents and leaders, I have learned that focusing on your roles and responsibilities (Also being familiar with the supporting bodies involved), honing the skills and behaviors, are needed to becoming effective at your job. When you know your work inside out it requires less brain energy to operate and adjust to change. My approach to training New Hires, Up-skilling tenured agents and supporting leaders has resulted in overall personal character development, perspective realignment, retention, self reliability and self sufficiency.
