Ludovika - University of Public Service started its operation on the 1st January 2012 as the key educational institute and think-tank of the Hungarian public service. Erasmus Student Network Hungary Esn Hungary

Erasmus Student Network Hungary (ESN Hungary) exists to represent and support Erasmus+ and other Mobility program exchange students in Higher Education Institutions around Hungary. ESN Hungary was established in when our first section ESN Pécs was founded. During the last years, we have had several structural changes in our network regarding the National Board, sections and legal background but one thing remained: our dedicated attitude towards our job, volunteering and the Erasmus Student Network. Currently, we have 14 sections: 8 in the capital, the beautiful city of Budapest and 6 in the countryside. Küldetésünk a pszichoterápia, a viselkedés- és kognitív tudományok szakterületén dolgozók önkéntes szövetségeként szervezni tagságunk tudományos tevékenységét. Célunk hozzásegíteni tagjainkat a magas szintű szakmai ismeretek és képzettség megszerzéséhez és támogatni őket a hazai és a nemzetközi tudományos közéletben és szakmai fórumokon való részvételben. További célunk a kognitív szemlélet mind szélesebb körű megismertetése és alkalmazása a mentális egészség hosszútávú megőrzése érdekében. Történetünk: 1981-ben a Magyar Pszichiátriai Társaság keretein belül, megalakult Dr. Tringer László vezetésével a Viselkedésterápiás Munkacsoport, ami később Viselkedés- és Kognitív Terápiás Munkacsoportra változtatta a nevét. A 70-es és a 80-as években Tringer László bevezette és a munkacsoport segítségével elterjesztette Magyarországon a kognitív és viselkedésterápiát (CBT). 1989-ben megalakult a Magyar Viselkedéstanulmányi és Kognitív Terápiás Egyesület, közismert nevén VIKOTE. 1992-ben belépett a EABT (European Association of Behavior Therapy) nemzetközi tudományos szervezetbe. 1993-ban ez a szervezet, dr. Tringer László, a VIKOTE akkori elnökének javaslatára, felvette az EABCT (European Association of Behavior and Cognitive Therapies) nevet. 1987-től Egyesületünk a pszichoterapeuta szakképzés egyik központja. A küldetésünkben megfogalmazottaknak megfelelően folyamtosan fejlesztjük képzési programunkat az új kognitív módszerekkel. 2017-ben több éves tervezés és előkészítő munkát követően létrehoztuk a Kognitív és Sématerápiás Központot, annak érdekében, hogy a felhalmozott tudást és tapasztalatot nemcsak az oktatásban, hanem, a gyógyításban is használjuk a rászorulók érdekében. Ezzel elősegítve, hogy könnyebben elérhető legyen a kognitív pszichoterápia mindenki számára.

Kik vagyunk? Több IT cég összefogásából jött létre a Progmatic Academy. Oktatóink több éves IT-s felsővezetői tapasztalattal, valamint oktatási gyakorlattal rendelkeznek. Hiszünk benne, hogy intézményünk igazi erejét az oktatóink és a tőlünk kikerült informatikai szakemberek adják. Mi a célunk? Nem titkolt célunk, hogy a hiányszakmák területére profi szakembereket képezzünk. Több olyan IT-s partnercégünk van, aki a képzés után azonnal igényt tartana a hallgatókra. Jelenleg Magyarországon több mint 22 nyitott pozíció van az informatikai szektorban! Miért jöttünk létre? Jelenleg Magyarországon számos iparágban van súlyosabb munkaerő hiány. Egy azonban mégis kiemelkedik a többi közül, ez pedig az informatikai szektor. A Progmatic képzési struktúrájának köszönhetően néhány hónap alatt informatikai szakemberekké képezhetjük magunkat mindenféle felsőoktatási vagy egyéb végzettség nélkül. Képzéseink közé a 5 hónapos Junior programozó tanfolyamunk mellett, esti és hétvégi képzéseket is létrehoztunk, a KKV szektor ugyanis szintén az IT szakemberek hiányától küzd. A képzési módszerünk: A legnagyobb hangsúlyt a gyakorlati képzési módszertanra helyezzük. Szakítottunk a hagyományos felsőoktatási struktúrával és oktatási módszereivel. Diákjainkat már az első naptól a valós piaci környezetre készítjük fel, projektmunkákon keresztül látnak bele a programozási folyamatokba, a munkakör gyakorlati megvalósításába, prezentációkba, csapatmunkába, stb. Ezt a képzési módszert partnercégeinkkel közösen hoztuk létre, figyelembe véve a leendő munkakör gyakorlati megvalósulását.
